Dissconnection of electricity

Dear sir,

i m o.p.rawat working as Jt. General Manager in Ordnance Factory Kanpur since july prior to that my posting was outside the state. My hometown is village and post babupur district sitapur U.P

and my mother Late Mrs. Fuljhara Devi was used to stay in my parental house and the electricity connection was in the name of my father Late Sri. Biswa Ram Lal S/o Late Teji Ram. My father died in the month of may '95 and my mother died on 31st may '98. The connection references are as follows :-

block code -414 (SP4) book no.- 4622 connection no.- 134197. as on 22/01/98 only 348 /- over due to the electricity board vid bill no. - 5390752 . after my mother's death ther was nobody to reside in my house and house was completely locked since having all india liability i was unable to manage sufficient time therefore i have given my formal request to the concern authorities through my neighboures with a request to disconnect the connection . i am surprised to see that the connection has been removed but continuous bills have been given to the neighbours residense. since these were to my Late father it could not reach to me and i came to know when i visited my parental house in the month of june after a long time. it is surprising that the department is charging the amount for the period in which my house was locked and no electricity has been consumed.

in view of the above it is requested to reconcile the bills and appropriate correctiones may please be incorporated in the records.
