Money withdrawal through debit card

I am using ATM card of OBC bank. On 02 Jan i used my ATM card to withdraw Rs. 5000 from a AXIS bank ATM. first i entered all requisite data but there were no money came out from the machine . machine did not gave me transaction slip also. then i tried 2nd time in SBI ATM but i found Rs. 5000 deduction from my account automatically on the same date. Immediately i informed my branch manager and lodged a complaint on 08 Jan 09 vide complaint No. same month but no fruitful result has been yielded till date. So i have decided to knock the door of costumer court for justice.
