Dear Sir/Madam,

This humble request that an amount of 4000/- (four thousand rupees) has being debited from my saving account 11742151004594 on 16/10 at 6.26 p.m from ATM Machine suitated near collectorate circle paota, jodhpur. And I have submitted an application regarding to this matter to my branch office, Bikaner...

MY Complaint no is 30303 but I hav'nt got my money back... and no one is giving the proper solution regarding to my matter..
