Immature and Unintentional Attitude of Branch Manager of Sadar Bazaar Branch, Ambala cantt, Haryana

Respected Sir/Mam,

I am a IT graduate from Kurukshetra Univ and now willing to go for United Kingdom for further studies. In this respect to take loan for my studies, I had a talk with Mr. Gulshan Gupta Branch Manager of Oriental Bank of Commerce, Sadar Bazaar Branch, Ambala Cantt, Haryana. This person being a branch manager talks very insensibly and immaturely to my queries and eventually forbid to grant me loan without providing any reason. His statement was"I cant give the loan because u are not under my area of concern", but my loan amount is Rs 15, 00000, which only he can grant in our area.

Please help me in this regard, as my career depends upon this loan requirement.
