DAMAGED FAN NOT REPAIRED BY COMPANY WITH IN GUARANTEE PERIOD

Hallo Sirs,

I have purchased one Orient Tornado fan from RAJ ELECTRICALS, 42/2/1, Ram Charan Sett Road, Howrah - 711104 on 18/02. On 01/08 that was gone out of order. Immediately I have lodged one complain at phone number 24551852. My complain number is 6573. After my complain some body came to my house to inspect my fan on 06/08. After inspection it was found that there is a problem in fan's motor and company will repair that as early as possible as my fan was well with in it's GUARANTEE PERIOD.

Today is 13/09 and nobody didn’t turn up to my house replace or repair my fan.
