Orient Water Purifier Services
Failed to provide service as per the contract

I am in a contract for 2 yrs (21/03 to 20/03) with Orient Water Purifier Services for the service and repairs of Aquaguard water purifier. There was a problem with the Aquaguard machine in the second week of september and i launched a complain witht the customer care department of Orient Water Purifier Services, there was a engineer (Kranti Chauhan) visit twice and they came up with a solution of replacing the motor of the machine and the engineer promised me to do that by Monday (14/09) but the engineer never turned up with any update till date. I tried to call the customer care many times but the concern person is never available. I am planing to visit their main branch tomorrow.
