I AM A CONSULTANT SINCE OCTOBER. I HAD ORDERED ENIGMA EDT THE PRICE MENTIONED IN THE BROCHURE WAS RS. 1890/- WHICH WAS TO BE BILLED TO ME AT 1512/- BUT ORIFLAME BILLED IT TO ME FOR 1752/-. I CONSULTED MY UPLINES BUT NOTHING WORKED OUT SO I EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. BUT THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO EMAIL ME EVEN ONCE SO I CALLED THEM UP AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXEC TOLD ME IT WAS A PRINTING ERROR AND THAT EXCESS BILLING AMOUNT CANNOT BE REFUNDED BACK AND THAT I SHOULD SEND THE BOTTLE BACK TO ORIFLAME (WHICH IS ALREADY SOLD TO THE CUSTOMER). SO WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THE MATTER? KINDLY GUIDE ME THROUGH THIS.
