NON PAYMENT OF PF DUES

My Father Mr. Kshitish Chandra Mandal retired on 30.04.2005 from ORISSA FOREST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (OFDC). Till date he has not received hid Provident Fund dues. His EPF No. is OR NO-616/631. He was working as Sub Divisional Manager (S.D.M) in Nabarangapur Subdivision under Jeypore Divion, Orissa at the time of retirement. He has met personally to the officials of EPF Bhubaneswar and contacting also over telephone frequently but all are in vein. They are harassing and not releasing PF dues since April. As the distance from our home (Umerkote) to Bhubaneswar is more than 500 k.m.’s & lacking of Train facilities it is impossible for him (father) to meet with EPF officials at Bhubaneswar again and again.

Hence, you are kindly requested to look into the matter and advice / pressurize the EPF Officials, Bhubaneswar to pay full amount of PF dues with interest for the delaying period to my father immediately. We will remain highly thankful to you.
