Recruitment of Teahers in orissa

Respected Sir,

I m a resident of Balasore, orissa. Sir I passed PG in Environmental Sciences dis year from F.M.University. Sir as we know Environmental sciences has been made compulsory fo all d students. But in orissa no recruitment of teachers/lecturers is taking place in schools/colleges..Rather for teaching EnvSc dere r no teachers hu r specialised in dis subject..Sir d botany & chemistry teachers r teaching dis subject in school & college levels..students r facing a lot problems in understanding d subjects..We d post graduate students r not getting jobs anywhere..Sir den what is our fate now?? every year 50 students r passing out having PG Degreee in EnvSc..bt roaming here & dere..So I requet u 2 kindly look into d matter..
