Defect in software developed for online application

OSCSC, Orissa have asked for online application for the post of Quality Analyst, Procurement Inspector etc. with prescribed format. The software developed appears to be defective. For instance when a woman applicant fills up her husband's name in the relevant column viz. Father's/Guardian's/Husband's name, though the draft copy shows accordingly, always the printed copy shows the Husband's name as Father's name. To be more clear, if the husband's name is Ramdas Seth and filled in accordingly the printed copy shows

Father's name- Ramdas Seth

The applicant has no option to rectify the format of the application. Request intervention of the said Corporation and immediate rectification/clarification. The last date of online application is 14.07.2011.
