Field officers are cheaters

Recently I used services of Agarwal movers & packers for shifting households from chennai to Visakhapatnam. There field officer spoke very well at the time of packing & told me if I pay more they will give door to door delivery with individual vehicle. So I charged him more money to get the luggage in short time & avoid the mis-handling of materials during the sharing. Truck started from chennai on Saturday evening. He promised me that the truck will reach vishakhapatnam on Maonday. He took the total money in advance also. But everything was a big lie. The truck arrived to Visakhapatnam on Wednesday afternoon. I need not say the truck was not the same which was loaded from chennai. Agarwal packers employees also not came to my home to check the delivery. They sent some local labour to unload. The field officer didnt pick up the phone also. I have received one item extra. Which I mentioned in their receipt. But nobody came from agarwal packers to receive it.
