Dear Sir/Madam.

I am writing to invite your attention towardes very serious issue regarding fake and froud ID.

An ID with the name of my sister Nimra adil has created some one un-authorized/suspicious person in order to bring me a bad name. Kindly look in to the matter as i have noting relation with this ID.

Any kind of illegal activity would cause serious problem fro me.
