Improper handling and damages of household goods

I have shifted my house hold goods from Indore to Pune (GC No 962664). The part goods were insured. The company staff were least bother to give attention towards proper packing.

When we received our goods at Pune damages in terms of broken items / deformation. Lots of efforts were made to get the goods repaired/rectified by the company. However, as DRS had already taken money in advance they are least bother to listen the complaints. Neither they are ready to visit the spot to certify insurance claim.
