Fake Account Created on Social Networking Website 'Orkut'

Respected Sir/Madam,

My Name is Sakshi Pramod and I would like to inform you that an unknown person has created a Fake Account of mine on the Social Networking Website 'Orkut' and has filled wrong details about my age, bithday etc.;and has been a source of trouble for me. I would be highly obliged if you would delete this Fake Okut Account of mine as soon as possible and if possible take strict action against the person who created it.
