Some one is using my sister's name in his fake id

Espected sir,

some one is operating an orkut account in name of my sister. he has posted some of unwanted material on the site n also talking to people in name of her... n we are continously being disturbed by phone calls of different guys n they are saying that our sister has given them the number

please sir do some thing against that fake id
