Fake id created using my real pics

Dear sir/mam

somebody has created a fake id with my pic and my name and is using it fir vulgar purposes, scrapping foull scraps to my frds... and hence making my impression bad . this is the URL of that fake id

please sir delete that fake id as soon as possible... this is really spoiling my image...
