I can not send scrap sometimes and besides can not add new friends

I am having a lots of problem in Orkut. Whenever I try to Scrap some one sometimes it shows like this " ur message seems like spam and is sent to recepient's spam folder. When I try add a new friend a message like this appears.."adding friends is temporarily disabled."..Please fix the problem as soon as possible.
