I had booked my luggage (household items) on transfer by agarwal packers and movers transport company on 10 Jun 09 as part baggage from Goa for Visakhapatnam. However even after ten days (20 Jun 09) I have not received the luggage. I need advice on how to tackle this company for inconvience caused to me and my family due to non receipt of our luggage. We have been in Visakhapatnam since 15 Jun 09 waiting for all the luggage. The transportation time generally is three days.
