Orkut account not deleted on request

Sir/Madam

I am sumiti .someone has created my fake account in orkut and given my phone no.its create huge problem... i am getting false call every time. Its make my life horrible. Fake Orkut account profile name is on name of sumiti and used my gmail id is teddies4sam@gmail.com... he is also hacked my own orkut account which is in the name of sumiti itself i delete it but its not acceable to me.. kindly delete it positively... so any type of misbehave done by it i am not responsible for it
