Addition of friends have been temporaliy disabled and posting to the user have been temporairly disabled

Sir,

I have been getting this problem since two days... Whenever i want to add friends in my accound or invite them, it shows that addition of friends have been temporairly disabled. And whenever i want to post a scrap to my friends it shows a mesage that.. posting to this user have been temporarily disabled..So sir, i request to you to fix this problem as soon as possible..for which i wil lbe thankful to you.
