Addition of friends and posting of scraps have been temporarily disabled

Sir,

Since yesterday, i have been getting some problems .while using this account..Whenever i want to add friends or to try to invite them, it shows a message that addition of friends have been temporarily disabled..And whenever i want to post scraps to my friends it shows a message that posting to the user have been temporarily disabled..So sir, please fix this problem as soon as possible for which i will be thankful to you.
