Posting of scraps to my friends

I have been gettin this error messge since three days "posting to this user has been temporarily disabled" whenever i want to post scrap to my friends. I have sent several times about this complaints but you have done nothing till now..Sir, please fix this problem as soon as possible... and dont ignore this complaintI will be thankful to you.
