Deletion of Account without Proper Investigation

Listen sir, my gmail and orkut accounts were been hacked by someone on 21st of August... from then i could'nt access my account anymore... the person who used my orkut account for the past 2 or 3 days has violated the rules and regulations of orkut... I had made a complain to gmail to help me to return my account back to me and reset the password given by the person who hacked my account... and today (24th august)..after verification by gmail, i have successfully reset the password and recovered my gmail account back... but i saw that my orkut account has been suspended... i was not at all responsibe for the violation of rules and regulations of orkut, then why is my orkut account deleted by orkut without proper investigation??? Is this a bloody joke or what.??? i hereby beg the authorities to return my orkut account back to me..I want my account back as soon as possible..Acc.id- privacy401@gmail.com...
