To delete fake id created by someone

Someone has created my fake id and he is misusing it . so please help me by deleting this fake id permanently. this id creating soo much problem in my life.the link of this fake id is =http://www.orkut.co.in/Main#Profile.aspx? rl=pv&uid=11665950986611602464 and it is created by the name sandeep kaur sangha from tarn taran..please delete this id as soon as possible. i will be thankful to you.
