Fake account in orkut

Hi,

Someone was sending bad scraps to my orkut, and also bad words abt me to my frnds of orkut. from this account its also fake account its not real information in profile.

So I had deleted my orkut account to come out this problem,

but then he had made my fake id on orkut is using it... he or she is assulating my character... by keeping adult photos and comunities and scrapping all adult scraps.

wht i can do to stop it... plz help me...
