My name is Pawan Kumar. I have booked my all household items by Agrarwal Shifting Homes, Gurgaon from Delhi to Mumbai on 09.08.2011. They gave me the quotaion of Rs. 12, 000/- (including Insurance). But after 4 days they called me for extra charges of another 13000/-. After paying them the extra amount. They promise me that your luggage will be delivered on 16.08.2011. Till 23.08.2011 I didn't get my items and than other party to whom they book for the transportation of goods, were asked for another 15000/-. I am very much frustrated with these people. After that I recieved my goods on 24.08.2011. But three items costing 30, 000 are missing from my list. Now these people did not picking up my phone and last time they told that they are not ready to give my missing item and they are also not bother about the court case and FIR.
