Can not sent friend request in orkut

I can not add friends on orkut, this second time, when i try to send Invitation orkut shows "Sending Invitation" but ultimately it's not providing any message, that the invitation succeed or not. After that when i re-open it shows as before "Add as Friend"

finally it totally clear that the invitation is not

delivered.

So, Plzz... help me...
