Fake profile

Hi, this is shraddha, some one has created a fake profile using my name, date of birth and even my pic. I have tried reporting the profile abuse..by charging it as impersonation, but nothing is done so far, I want this id to be deleted as soon as possible link for the fake profile is "http://www.orkut.co.in/Main#Profile.aspx? uid=3873326299219809620".
