Complaint about orkut option Erro

sir/mam

i have a problem in using orkut, i am decently use orkut, just want to make more and more friends, i am not using any vulgur or bad language, u can check anytime, but still i have a problem from orkut, and i did'nt find any option to contect orkut management. from 25-07 til today i have a problem while using orkut, i just want to add friends and send friend request, but when i enter someone profile and choose add friends option than write my message after that when i click on send option it show addition of friend request option temprerelly disable.

so please tell me what will i do? how can i contact my new friends, how can i make another new friends.
