Wrong order delivered and not replaced

As mentioned in the subject I purchased 2 food items on parcle basis from Agatya Restaurant (Laxmi Road, Kakakoowa Mension, Pune - 411002. (PH:020-24456019) ) on 04.08.2009 .

The items ordered were: 1) Veg cutlet 2) Kaju Mutter.

I got the bill for same which is still with me.

But when I reached home I found that the person gave me Kaju masala instead of Kaju Mutter.

I specifically told on counter before placing my order that I want combination of Mutter and he suggested me Kaju mutter. It was as fasting day at my home and when I asked them to replace my parcle the person on phone told me that it is not possible to replace it since distance of my home from restaurant is more than 1Km.

I then asked him if he can pay me back to which also he denied.

When I said I'll go to consumer court his reaction was YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT WE WONT REPLACE OR REPAY.

It was really a bad experience as I slept with half filled stomatch since my mood was off since I perticularly wanted to eat Mutter.

Please guide me how to go about it. Consider it as a complaint. Waiting for your positive suggestion and help.
