ORPAT / IRON BOX
PLASTIC HANDLE DESIGN FAULT

Sir,

I purchased an iron box of Orpat make, model no: OEI-147, 230 VOLT, 50 Hz, 1000Watts from an electrical shop outside our ONGC Township compuond on 1-3-09. The plastic handle of the iron box has started cracking and will break soon. This the first iron box has this type of design fault. It may be tested for the design fault. I want replacement of this item as it has got design fault.
