Problem of roaring sound and rapid exhaustion battery for Orpat 50

Dear sir,

I have purchased Orpat-50 bearing IMEI 351842020442794, battery-S60751127991 and charger-0802012350 on 9th August from Revex Mobiles, Paona Bazar, Imphal, Manipur. Since then I have been suffering from roaring sound during talk time and rapid down of battery. I have complained three times to the dealer and ultimately the dealer has repaired my mobile. Even after this the same problem as stated in the subject is still going on. Now, the dealer has told me that it is the defect of copany; such problem is happening to all Orpat-56 used in India. So, I want to know whether the dealer is cheating me or the company has made the moblie without maitaining quality. Furthet I request the comany to reply me the best means for repaiiring or change of new other moblie for the same company.
