Improper Broadband Service

Sir,
I am a customer/consumer of this company Ortel Communications Ltd. and I have the following complaints, which there after repeatedly bringing them to notice, they take no action and repeat the same things again and again.
1. They claim of Broadband, but speed hardly reach 60 kbps.
2. During the free download time in the Scheme - Home Economy Plus, from 1 AM to 7 AM, they further lower the bandwidth and the speed drops to 8 - 10 kbps.
3. Sometimes when any fault arises due to any problem in their hardware, they don't even bother to pick up the call and register a complaint.
4. When they are asked the reason for such low speeds, they increase it (bandwidth) for 2-3 days, then again the same low speeds come back.
I would be very much obliged if some necessary action is taken against this company.
