Poor service

I was recently transferred to Bhubaneswar. Before taking a broadband connection I en quired from a lot of people using ortel broadband and after I read reviews on internet about their horrible service., I decided to go for our time tested BSNL brodband. I am really thankful to users for their postings on the net regarding horribly poor service. I have also decided not to take their cable connection at home.
