Careless operation by 2 DOCTORS

It's to inform u that i met an accident on 3rd june and my operation was done in MAYO Hospital Lucknow By 2 Doctors Dr. U.K. Jain & Dr. Uttam Garg as per their concern the operation was good. The have done an Interlocking Operation of my right leg below knee. But After 8 months of operation i am not getting good result although i am obeying all the instructions given by them my my condition seems to be getting down month by month. Its question of my life. So tell me what to do . did u have any suggestion or any kind of rule to solve this by law.
