Disappointed with service of blue dart courier (GRIEVANCE)

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

I am forced to write down this letter, due to poor quality of service being provided by Blue Dart over and over again. This is the second time i have faced this situation, both times in case of courier delivery to chandigarh only.

I am Writing from OSB Agencies Pvt Ltd, and we have a rate contarct with your organisation as corporate entity. and if this is the situtaion of your regular customer care, i am afraid to say that your organisation's future would not be so bright.

i had sent a courier to Dr Harsimran Kaur, in GMCH 32 CHANDIGARH, on 17th November with refrence no 12637653711. it was supposed to be dleivered on 18th evening or 19th ealry mornign being an urgent delivery. on the same not being delivered by 19th 2 pm, we gave a call to your representive in delhi office at custmore care no 66111234 at 2:15 pm and Ms Swati was on the line. her conduct was unprofessional and inappropriate to be a customer care executive, as she didnt listen to our problem properly and moreover gave us a reply that "we should terminate our rate contract if we are not happy, or try other courier services" Is this what we should expect from a Multinational Company like yours???

After that we tried to contact Mr Rajesh KUmar on his mobile no 9216710735 at 2:20, 2:35 pm but he neither picked up the call nor tried to contact us back. We got your Chandigarh office's number from Delhi Customer Care and those numbers werent picked up by first, and on repetitive trying, they were naswered again in unprofessional conduct by Mr Aausth Dogra, where in he was unable to even let us know what is the delivery status of our courier. Having asked for the manager's no and contacting him, we got Mr tajinder's number. He had no idea about the operational aspects and didint even feel the necessity of the talk poperly and instead gave us the number of the delivery boy who was Jasbir with mobile no 9781706899 who didnt had the courier with him.

As per my knowledge your chandigarh office is less than 1 Km away from the Govt Medical College and Hospital in sector 32 in Chaandigarh. And having given the mobile no on the delivery address, shouldnt it be your duty to inform the recipient if the mail is getting delayed???

IS THIS THE SERVICE WE SHOULD EXPECT FROM YOU IN FUTURE?

SHOULD WE REALLY THINK ABOUT CHANGING OUR CORPORTAE RATE CONTRACT TO ANY OTHER COURIER SERVICE? AS SUGGESTED BY YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE???

WE HAD HIGH HOPES FORM BLUEDART AND DHL, BUT FOR SEVERAL REAOSNS THEY ARE PROVING TO BE MYTHS. IT IS THE SECOND TIME THE SAME HAS HAPPENED IN SAME DESTINATION CHANDIGARH. THE SAME HAS HAPPENED IN OHTER PLACES TOO, BU THIS WAS AN IMPORTANT DOCUMENT AND ITS LATE DELIVERY HAS COSTED US DEARLY.

THIS LETTER MAY GO UNNOTICED AGAIN, BUT ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO IMPROVE YOUR SYSTEMS AND PERSONNELS BEHAVIOUR AND HAVE A PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT IN YOUR BUSINESS.
