Poor service

My name is Jaiprakash Rawat and i bought a RO plant from Osmasoft Pvt. Ltd. located at RZ-306-C, 1st Floor, Street-17, Tuglakabad Ext. (Opp. Tara Apartment, New Delhi). They promised the plant production will be 1200ltrs/hr. but instead its giving only 500 ltrs/hr. approx. And for past 7 days the plant is not working and against their promise of 1 year free service, they haven't sent any engineer yet and they are not picking up my calls also.
