PARCEL RETURN BACK WITH DELIVER

Dear Sir,

The above parcel was booked from Bureau of Indian Standards, Jaipur through us (Oswal Cables Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur) (Aluminium Conductor Sample) to Bureau of Indian Standard, Patna vide docket no. Z73252037 (Number on slip given to us) dated 30.07.2008. But the actual docket no. is Z73252038 according to your representative (?). With the parcel we had given a letter to your representative to deliver to BIS Patna with the samples. It seems that BIS, Patna has refused to take the delivery of the sample without letter.

After a period of 40 days the above parcel is returned back to us on 09.09.2008 without specifying any reason for non delivery of the parcel. Due to non delivery of the parcel (Sample) on time BIS may cancel our License for manufacturing the conductor and we will have to pay a big amount for this.

With the returned parcel we have not received back the letter which we gave at the time of parcel booking. To day we have contacted your Jaipur office (Ph.2376547) to get the reason as to why our parcel returned back but are not getting any reply. We asked your manager’s Mobile number to talk to him, but could not get it.

So we are requesting you to take immediate action in this matter and give a positive reply to us today itself. And ISSUE A LETTER to us for submitting to BIS office that patry has refused to take the parcel so we are returning the parcel Back.
