Non Receipt of Share Certificate

I had bought 200 shares of this company from Ms Madhubala under different share certificate nos. The shares were sent to the comapany for transfer in my name and were dult transffered in my name but the divident warrant No. 113362 sent to me was in the name of Madhubala. I informed the company about the mistake and was infromed by the letter No.71141 dated 23-01-98 for sending them the relevant certificate for doing the necessary correction in the records of the comapny. I returned the all certificates on 13 Nov. 1998 to the company against company letter Ref. No. OCF/secy/97/TR-10663-71141 dated 23-1-1998. I kept on the sending them letters latter on as well but to no answers. My last letter sent on 23-01 to their registered office address was returned as the comapny has shifted its office somewhere else. My request is to kindly help me in getting my share certificate from the company and the divident for all these 10 years (1998).
