OT1002
Wrong product

I have purchased product From ALL-Pro Corporation, China. According to proforma invoice I have paid them 1900USD to purchase product OT1003-2 and OT1009.

But while sending they have send me product OT1002 and OT1009.

Now they are not responding to my complaint.

Is there is any way to lodge complaint against Chinese company?
