Insane Service of Bsnl

Hello sir, My name is puneet kashyap... and m from chandigarh... i have been using bsnl broadband from past 4-5 months but seems like these Govt. employees dont know how to work... Their way of doing work is totally ridiculous i mean they dont take complaints seriously nor they pay any attention... so what i need is to rectify this... Bsnl really going down...
