AGENT FRUAD

I have enquired for agents to whom i can approach for name change, new PAN card application and marriage registration through internet. One person named suresh muthreja residing in Chembur near devnar gaon called me and confirm me that he will get my work done till 1st week of February. I have given him advance in cash, Photographs of me and my wife, our marriage photographs and PAN card application form. But no response from his side. But after 20 days, his mobile is switched off and i am not able to trace him. he promised me that he will refund me money and documents but same has not been done till date. I understood that he is fraud and taking money from all.
