As you are playing fraud, we propose to prosecute you. Please look at your end because when the order was placed it was for two items and the total amount was around rupees 4900/- or so but you had sent us only one item for amount of Rs. 4900/- and are now sending us other item by charging additional money.

This is a simple fraud. Please look at your end and inform us immediately failing which he shall be constrained to take appropriate legal action in civil and criminal court.
