Non dispatch of free gift with subscription

Hello,
I hv subscribed to the above magazine for one year by paying Rs. 499 against the ad published by them in the same magazine in Aug - there was a free strolley bag with one year of subscription. It is more than 3 mths but I am yet to receive the bag... Can someone pl look into this?
