Unprofessional Attitude of the Courier Company

I had great faith when I booked a courier (AWB 20045939) through Overnite Express but now I realize what a mistake I have done. Firstly they don't bother to call the recipient if they don't find them at the specified address, then they tell that it was a wrong number. Next when the courier returns to the source then they harass the sender. Firstly you will be lucky if you can connect to the customer care in Kolkata. When I called up the branch office at Sector V Salt Lake Kolkata, from where I booked the courier then they told that the head office have not sent the courier. When the head office wascalled then the same will say said that the branch office will collect the same from them. What the consumer is supposed to do? Next the branch office also needs to know from which company I called, I have to tell the company's name. What is this? I would advise all please be careful of this courier company.
