Our Bank ABN Amro Bank was sent me one document throuh Overnite Express vide their receipt no. AWB 0566164036, dated 14.06.2008 and confirmed the same through SMS. When I enquired their office at Hyderbad/Secunderabad that they have informed that the address not cleared on the document and they asked the address and phone number. I informedn the address along with my phone number on 17.06.2008. They will assure that the document will be delivered on 18.06.2008. But not delivered. I asked them on 18.06.2008 and 19.06.2008 . The same answer they told. Finally I phoned on 20.06.2008 (today) and asked what about my document. They told it was retunred.
