Overnite courier not dispatch my PAN card at my address

Dear Concern

I wanted to informed u that the pan card is lying with Overnite Express Ltd. Courier and the person Mr. Amit (Ph-9304937889) who is also the authorize vender of Overnite Express Ltd. at Bhagalpur, I talked to him at list 6 times give him my full address as mentioned in the pan card with land mark, but he refuse to dispatch the same at my given address although my address is in prime location still I don’t received my pan card. After all I reached his Overnite office and I complained the same in front of Mr. Amit. He told me as the “C/O” is not mentioned in the Address I will not give you the same and he told me he will going to do process of RTO. Please do the needful.
