We are dealing with Okhla Branch of Overnite Express Ltd. in the name of Niyogi Books and Niyogi Offset Pvt Ltd.for the last many years. Of late we are facing some serious problems. We do not get PODs. Whenever there is a problem we refer the website. Instances are coming to light that website shows the docket as delivered. But our client says he has not received. When we refer to Okhla branch od the courier co. we get ZERO cooperation. Mr. Sandeep Jukhet and Alok Das the executives at Okhla have no time to listen to us. Recent such examples are AWB 7634250632 Dated 02.06.2011 to Mr Nasreen Muni Kabeer and 7616053200 dated 28.05.2011 to Ms Reshma Ghoshal both for Mumbai. The website shows these as delivered. We are receiving cmplaints of not having received till date which effects our name, fame and business.
