Sub:- Unsafe Dismantling/Construction and Encroachment of Common Utility Space, done in the Ground Floor by the Owner of Flat No. D-4/57, Ground Floor, Sec. 15, Rohini, Delhi.

Sir,

Respectfully I submit as under:-

1. That I submitted a complaint (ref: above sub. On 21-06, your office D.D. No. 4221, Dt. 30-06), along with two site photographs and one site plan, NO ACTION BY MCD STAFF SO FAR.

2. That I submitted Reminder No. I on 11-08, Ref: your office D.D. No. 5487 Dt. 11-08, NO ACTION TAKEN SO FAR.

3. NEW DEVELOPMENTS:-

a. That cracks have developed in my flat, 9” thick wall and Kitchen wall. Just above the PLACE from where the wall has been dismantled at Ground Floor by the owner as has been shown in the photograph already submitted.

b. That the G.F. Owner has placed a water storage tank over his unauthorized constructed kitchen which is above ten feet from Ground Level. Thus he has crossed/violated his limit and has encroached vertically into my space.

c. That due to the unauthorized extension of BATHROOM at G.F., AN UNACCESSABLE SPACE has been created, just below my BEDROOM WINDOW from where garbage cannot be cleared, giving rise to foul small and spreading of disease.

4. That I am submitting this REMINDER NO. II with a request TO TAKE ACTION against the offender and arrange to RESTORE my water meter and box to its original status as were provided by the DDA. It is also requested that ENCROACNMENT DONE should be removed immediately as a long time has elapsed since I submitted my complaint.
