Cheques issued but not received

I had received a letter from the PF Depart, Delhi (dated 30/4/09) in respect to my request for PF withdrawl. As per this letter i was to receive TWO cheques, viz. (No. 670089 of Rs.8591.00 and ohter No. 891299 of Rs.2827.00) on 30/04. These abovesaid cheques issued by your Department in the month of April but i have still not received it with letter sent by you. My details follow as
